Wikipedia : List of open source games

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Open source games are computer games assembled out of open-source software and open content.
All these titles are free software that are under a license such as the GNU General Public License or other similar licenses. Because the source code is available and modifications can be freely (re)distributed, most of these titles will run on many platforms.
For freely available games without a public license, see List of freeware games.
Ubuntu CE removed from Wikipedia, in case you missed it.

Direct Quote from my post on Yahoo! Answers:
I'm serious! I have Ubuntu 10 on my desktop and Ubuntu Netboox Remix on dualboot on my netbook. I use Firefox and Chrome. Wikipedia's main page seems to be fine (about 60% of the time) but hyperlinking from a Google search or typing in a search queue (on the main page) results in a positive result about 5% of the time. The rest of the time I get a page load error message.
The netbook also carries Windows 7 Starter and all browsers show no issues.
1. Google.com: "young goodman brown wiki"
2. Search results pop up linking me to an English Wikipedia page on the character
3. error message: Oops! Google Chrome could not find en.wikipedia.org
I have never experienced an issue like that. Note: I am "new" to the Linux world. In college I worked with a SUSE 10 server box - but that was a loooong time ago. The firewall (as far as I know) is minimally configured (all I did was open two ports for BitTorrent

I recently discovered that there exist many offline readers for Wikipedia. After googling a bit, the only two which seem to work fine are Okawix and Wikipedia dump reader.
I cannot use Okawix on my netbook, where I need it, as installing the Wikipedia sources eats all my ram, so I'm left with WDR. The problem is that the Wikimedia server holding the dumps has been down for quite a while. Does anybody here have fairly recent dumps for either the Italian or English Wikipedia or for the English Wiktionary which could be shared via torrent or some other means? Thank you very much.
