Can IntelliJ IDEA Community Edition support Ultimate's features somehow? [closed]
location: linuxexchange.com - date: September 30, 2013
I know that Community ediition doesn't support certain features of Ultimate but I want to know that there is NO way to make these features to run in anyway. For example, the Enterprise development (e.g. Tomcat, Glassfish, Oracle, etc.) or Web development (e.g. Spring, HTML5, etc. ). So, if I have to run these kind of development somehow can I succeed in doing these things only with the Community edition or I am locked and not able to do such things. Say, I don't have the luxury to go to Ultimate for some reason.
Is it possible to adopt IntelliJ IDEA Community Edition for webdevelopment?
location: linuxexchange.com - date: April 5, 2011
Currently I'm using IntelliJ IDEA for non-web projects, but I'd love to use it for web development. Unfortunately IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate Edition's price (220 Euro) is to high for me currently and that's why I'm forced to use STS(Springsource Tool suite).
And I'm wondering is there a way to adopt IntelliJ IDEA CE version for web-development? Of course I could just use crack or write one but it's not my style. Any ideas?
P.S. Sorry for my poor English.

I've also set the PATH variable for IDEA's /bin:
Lines in /etc/environmet
And run this command:
Also set "/usr/lib/jvm/java-6-openjdk" it in the /etc/jvm as the highest p

This guide shows how you can install and run a Small Business Server with ClearOS 6.3.0 (Community Edition). With ClearOS, you can run various services (such as a file- and print server, a web proxy and content filter, a mail server, etc.) in your local network and manage them through an easy web interface. ClearOS provides apps for each of these tasks from its marketplace - many of them are free, some of them have to be paid for. ClearOS Community is open-source and free. There's also a professional version available for which you have to pay, but which in return provides better support, better tested apps and updates, etc.
