Title pretty much describes my problem.
I installed Debian Wheezy yesterday, and began with ethernet connection. This morning, I unplugged the ethernet and lost wifi. I couldn't figure out what to do, so I searched google. Some results indicated I needed to enable wlan0. However, there is no wlan0 interfact at iwconfig.
This is the result of iwconfig:
How to get GCC/++4.6 or newer on Debian [closed]
location: linuxexchange.com - date: September 2, 2013
--version shows up 4.4 on Debian Squeeze. Today I left Ubuntu because its simply not stable (about 50++ errors a day) and slow. And I dont like Unity. Debian is great. Reliable, fast and Gnome 2 is okay. I worked on a large c++ project and made heavy use of c++0x features.
My question is: how do I get at least gcc 4.6 on Debian?
Running a mixed system is no option. I mean changing sources.list and upgrade. And full upgrade is no option because of Gnome 3. I will have to wait for Debian MATE. But somehow this has to be accomplished...

Good day, people.
Can someone please confirm is the kernel-package utility can be used to add debian packages (.bz2, .gz, .deb, etc.) at time if kernel image construction?
make-kpkg --add_patches <patch file name>or
make-kpkg --add_modules <module name>If you have a better way to add packages at time of build, please advise.
Thanks! Looking forward to your responses.
How to Download and install Debian
location: linuxquestions.com - date: August 20, 2007
This is my first time posting and I know you have probably heard this before, but I am a complete newbie to the world of Linux. I have been using Knoppix for the past few days and now I want to install a Linux distro to my hardrive. I decided on Debian 4.0 Etch (I think is the latest version). I have been to the Debian website and couldn't figure out exactly how to download it. If anybody could explain step by step how to download it from the website, it would be greatly appreciated.
My computer has two harddrives. Both drives have windows, and one of them I am going to install debian on top of. My other computer has the dvd burner, so I guess I'll have to download it and burn it to dvd on this computer. Or can you install it directly form the website. Like I said all this stuff is really new to me so I apologize if the answers to these questions seem really obvious.
