Ubuntu SDK Qml2Puppet error / Missing Help files using F1
location: ubuntuforums.com - date: November 7, 2013
My buddy and I are trying to learn QML using the Ubuntu SDK installed from the Software Center. We are both on Saucy, we have different laptops (me: toshiba 64 bit, him: dell 32 bit). I am using the ATI drivers from ATI (I have to or my screen will never come back from sleep mode), he is using the open source drivers, but I am not sure what his card is.
Here is our problem: the SDK works generally well, but when ever we click on the Design button, we get three blank windows called qml2puppet that open up and we can't really do anything until we get them to close by "x"ing out of them. The program doesn't crash and everything seems to work otherwise, but it is very bothersome to jump between Design and Edit views as we attempt to teach ourselves QML.
I have seen a bug report entered for this problem, but it says it only affects one user. I don't know how to add to that count. I have also seen in Google searches that this is affecting others as well, bu

Debian: compilation Error missing ...linux/Documentation/lguest directory
location: linuxquestions.com - date: August 17, 2009
Hardware: Pentium III, 800Mz, 512 MB RAM.
After disk format and Debian Lenny installation, the Linux worked well.
Now I am trying to download and compile the latest Linux kernel 126.96.36.199 and have lots of obstacles.
My last try was to following http://howtoforge.com/kernel_compilation_debian_etch as recommended to me in this forum.
I followed all steps except the downloading of the kernel which resides in my disk already. But I extracted it again (without deleting the existing source files, and it showed nothing done, as expected by me).
I did not Apply Patches To The Kernel Sources (Optional), because I do not know of any that I need.
after configuring phase, I made the following 2 commands:
configure: error: Missing a vital header file for id3lib
location: ubuntuforums.com - date: March 12, 2009
hello, I met this when I wanting to configure the id3lib-3.8.3 package.
I saw following sentence in configure.in file:
================================================== ===============AC_CHECK_HEADERS( \
,,AC_MSG_ERROR([Missing a vital header file for id3lib])
So, it means that I am missing the iomanip.h file.
To resovlve this, what ever action should I do.
Any clue would be greatly appreciated.

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: package-cleanup --problems
rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
The php common file is not actually missing, its there with the exact name. The problem seems to be that the php-common file is installed from some other repository, thats y it is creating dependency problem.
The only solution i found is to remove the current php-common file and install it again, but then lot of programs get uninstalled with it, which is y am afraid of doing that, since it
