problem running libreoffice
location: ubuntuforums.com - date: November 25, 2013
I have a big problem with libreoffice (on Kubuntu 12.04)
I wanted to add libreoffice-pdfimport to my suite and so I typed:
sudo apt-get install libreoffice libreoffice-pdfimport
It was my error because, in this way, i reinstalled libreoffice too. But now I have a problem bacause libreoffice doesn't run any more.
when I type
/usr/lib/libreoffice/program/soffice.bin: error while loading shared libraries: libjvmaccesslo.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
I tried to remove and reinstall libreoffice again, but now I always get this error.
Can anybody help me please? I need libreoffice for my work

Problem running Gweled in Ubuntu eee 8.04.1
location: linuxquestions.com - date: September 16, 2008
I'm using Ubuntu Hardy on my desktop. Recently I bought one Eee PC 900/XP (since I could not get the Linux Xandro version), but then installed the Ubuntu eee 8.04.1 on it, so that I feel comfortable on both the machines (I really hate Windows btw).
On my desktop I play the game Gweled almost everyday, therefore wanted to install the same on my Eee PC. But somehow it doesn't run at all. When I click the game icon, the game interface pops up for five seconds and then disappears.

I wrote an Expect script to do this:

Problem running aptget on Debian Etch
location: linuxquestions.com - date: March 15, 2008
I have a problem when running apt-get or aptitude on my Deb 4.0 box. I get the following error:
E: Problem parsing dependency Depends
E: Error occurred while processing aspell-bg (NewVersion1)
E: Problem with MergeList /var/lib/apt/lists/ftp.uk.debian.org_debian_dists_etch_main_binary-i386_Packages
E: The package lists or status file could not be parsed or opened.
I've never seen this before and I wondered if anyone could shed any light on it? I've tried apt-get remove aspell-bg but I just get the same error.
I'd really appreciate some help.
Thanks in advance.
